On June 23rd, 45 Israeli and Palestinian women leaders from a variety of fields and backgrounds joined us for a dialogue meeting in Tel Aviv to exchange ideas and narratives. After hearing from expert Israeli and Palestinian panelists about the importance of women’s inclusion in decision-making and political negotiations, the group engaged in roundtable discussions with their counterparts. The roundtable conversations centered around the personal narratives and stories of the participants, the importance of looking at the conflict through a gendered lens, as well as ways to promote reconciliation and peace in their communities.
