EU High Representative for Foreign Policy Josep Borrell met over 30 representatives of Israeli and Palestinian civil society in November, all members of the Two-State Solution Coalition. He outlined the principles that must guide supporters of peace, local and international, towards a two-state solution, and encouraged the participants to continue dialogue between the sides despite the pressure and difficulties.
