The Palestinian Peace Coalition (Geneva Initiative – Palestine) conducted a training program in Jericho as part of the Voices for Change initiative, targeting youth and focusing on participatory leadership, effective communication, and the acceptance of diversity, with the aim of strengthening young people’s role in public life. The training included interactive sessions and facilitated discussions on the realities facing youth and their participation in decision-making processes. The goal of the project is to empower the Palestinian youth to take an active, constructive role in effective state-building.
In addition, a geopolitical tour of the Jordan Valley was organized, including meetings with local councils and activists. The tour highlighted both the opportunities and the challenges facing Palestinian communities in the area.
