On January 5th, we held a skill-building workshop for over 20 outstanding women leaders from Arab society in Israel. The workshop, led by dialogue moderation expert Amit Foa Roessler, provided the group with practical tools to promote constructive dialogue that enhances empathy and understanding of the narratives and experiences of the other side.
Next step: using the skills and tools gained in dialogue meetings with their counterparts on the other side.
