On August 11th, forty young leaders joined us for an introductory workshop focusing on the Palestinian narrative, trends in Palestinian society, and the implications of Israeli policy on the possibility of peace. The participants asked expert guest speakers, including international and constitutional law expert Dr. Tamar Hostovsky Brandes, about the impact of settlements, international law and de facto annexation, and the relationship between democracy and peace. In the next activity, the group will meet their Palestinian peers and share their perspectives and personal stories.
