In February, over 50 young Israeli leaders, from diverse political, geographic, and religious backgrounds, joined us for two geopolitical tours of Jerusalem and its environs. Expert tour guides Shay Goren and Dr. Shaul Arieli led participants around key sites in the city, answering questions and engaging with participants in discussions about the Geneva Accord and the two-state solution, the reality and status of Palestinian residents of the city, and the issues of settlements and borders. These tours show young Israeli leaders that even on the most fraught and sensitive of issues, there are viable solutions to the problems, and an urgent need to move from failed conflict management policies towards negotiations.
