In March, journalists from leading media outlets in Israel, such as Israel Hayom and Yedioth Ahronoth, joined us for a meeting with Israeli former Minister of Public Security, Omer Bar-Lev, and Palestinian former Minister for Prisoner Affairs and a leading member of the Palestinian branch of the Geneva Initiative, Ashraf al-Ajrami. The participants engaged in lively discussions about Israeli-Palestinian relations, the two-state solution, and ways to prevent violent escalation during Ramadan. The meeting ended with a clear message: only hope for a better future and a political horizon will prevent future violent escalation.
