On July 25th, 25 young Israelis and Palestinians joined us for a meeting in Ramallah as part of our reconciliation and negotiations project for young leadership. After learning from expert guest speakers about the conflict, negotiations, and Palestinian public opinion, the group shared their personal perspectives and narratives, and discussed which core issues of the conflict they disagree on and which they can reach an agreement about. For many of our Israeli participants, this was their first time visiting a Palestinian city in the West Bank and learning first-hand about the narratives and perspectives of the other side.
