As part of our course for Russian-speaking journalists and bloggers, we held the first workshop over Zoom that included a lecture with Dr Yossi Beilin. The lecture focused on current political developments, the Trump Plan, steps towards annexation and the dangers of unilateralism. The history of the Geneva Accord was presented as genuine example of bilateralism, showing that the two sides can reach agreement on all of the core issues. The second part was an intensive Q & A session where the participants were able to ask burning questions about domestic Israeli politics, public opinion and how to use their position as journalists to contribute to the discourse.
