Virtual Tour: Russian-Speaking Activists

On 29th December, we held a virtual tour led by expert Boris Krijopolsky for an audience of more than 65 Russian-speaking activists.
The group learned about the disputed areas in Jerusalem and the West Bank, including E-1, E-2 and Givat Hamatos, and it offered a historical and political overview of the major challenges on the ground.
Despite the Israeli governments efforts to promote settlement construction in these areas to prevent the contiguity of a Palestinian state, the situation on the ground still shows that the two-state solution remains the only viable, practical solution for ending the conflict.
The tour was conducted in Russian and is part of our broader outreach programming to engage with the Russian-speaking community in Israel on issues of peace and the conflict.
