Over 25 young Arab citizens of Israel joined us for a two-day seminar in Haifa as part of our Arab Leadership project. After learning about the Geneva Accord and gaining new knowledge about the core issues of the conflict and the two-state solution, the participants heard from expert Palestinian and Israeli guest speakers. The guest speakers discussed various important topics, including the challenges faced by Arab citizens of Israel and their role in peace-building efforts, different narratives around Israeli-Palestinian peace negotiations, and the opinions of young people regarding the conflict. At the end of the seminar, participants shared ideas and discussed initiatives for increasing the engagement of young people in pro-peace dialogue and action.
