Annexation is not exchange of territory by Prof. Galia Golan

Professor Galia Golan, a distinguished expert on peace and the Middle East, explains in her article why annexing a few of the settlement blocs (“even” those that are part of a future map of Israel according to the Geneva Initiative), is both flawed and dangerous thinking.
Unilateral moves of any kind, that run contrary to a comprehensive peace agreement with mutually agreed-upon land swaps, would be a recipe for disaster. In all scenarios, it must be prevented.
