Bahraini FM: Our position is to have negotiations to achieve two states

On 15th February the Israeli PM, Naftali Bennett travelled to Bahrain to meet with the Bahraini King and the Crown Prince. It was the first visit by an Israeli prime minister that focused on strengthening bilateral ties.

While the Palestinian issue was not on the agenda, in a press he Bahraini FM expressed the country’s position on the matter:

“The Palestinian issue is always on the table and as you know our stance is calling for the two parties to negotiate. Our position is to have hopefully negotiations to reach a solution that can achieve two-states.”
